Career Summary
A third generation native of Albuquerque, Clay grew up snowboarding, skiing, hiking and biking the mountains and trails of New Mexico. Clay’s father and grandfather have both been active brokers in the commercial real estate industry for several years, teaching him the business from a young age lead by example.
Clay is currently in the process of obtaining his bachelor of undergraduate studies degree from the University of New Mexico with focuses on economics, communications and psychology.

Clay is currently working side by side with James Mocho, consistently, leasing and selling industrial properties in and around the Albuquerque Metro area. One of his most recent transactions have included the sale and lease of several units in the Eagle Rock Business Center. 

Clay has been with Metro Commercial Realty, Inc. since 2007. Clay’s friendly, engaging and enthusiastic personality, along with his experience and knowledge of the Albuquerque area will assist him along his journey as a member of the next generation of successful brokers at Metro Commercial Realty, Inc.
