Career Summary
Nicholas is an Albuquerque native and graduate of St. Pius X High School. He received his State of New Mexico Real Estate License in 2007 and subsequently worked for a residential real estate firm before joining Metro Commercial Realty. Nicholas has also been employed by Bernalillo County since 2007 working full-time in Environmental Health and ultimately Building, Zoning and Planning. He has extensive knowledge of the land development process and its inherent relationship with local municipalities. His most notable transaction of 2010 was the leasing of 10,000 sq. ft. in the Paradise Square Shopping Center, which will serve as the new home of the “The Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall & Saloon.” This exciting new concept was developed by two local entrepreneurs and opened its doors in January 2011.
Interests
Nicholas enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and fly fishing as well as spending time with his family and friends.
