Career Summary
Paul is a third generation New Mexican. He grew up working summers on the 100 section Jaritas Ranch in northeastern New Mexico. He was the lodge manager for the Lodge at Chama (formerly the Chama Land & Cattle Co.), and was in charge of the fisheries habitat management on the ranch while working as a fly fishing guide. Paul & his wife, Kim, later founded the Rio Penasco Fishing Company, a small exclusive fly fishing camp located on a spring creek in southern New Mexico. During this time Paul successfully negotiated numerous large recreational and ranch property transactions.

Paul's lifelong passion for fly fishing continues to evolve, he is currently involved with watershed management in the upper Pecos Wilderness/Watershed, where he backpacks and camps with his wife and sons; Coulter and Noah.

During the 1980's, while living in Las Cruces, NM, Paul was Qualifying Broker for the developer of The High Range, one of the largest master planned communities in New Mexico to date. He later was the Principal/ Developer of a 73 lot residential subdivision. Ranches de Dona Ana, located in Dona Ana, New Mexico.

During the 1990's Paul was a broker for the Blue Green Corporation, (NYSE/BXG) the largest developer of rural and recreational property in the United States. While with Blue Green he was consistently top producer for the sale of five to twenty five acre residential tracts at the Ranches of Sonterra, a five hundred tract residential subdivision located in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The subdivision sold out in under three years.

Over the past ten years Paul has developed a diversified expertise and knowledge of multi-family properties, industrial sales and leasing, as well as investment properties. As an owner and manager of investment properties in New Mexico, Paul understands the demands of success in the real estate business.
